Dodge Repair: 2004 dodge truck mirror, mirror installation, heated mirror

Question
The glass part of the side mirror on my truck has fallen out. How can I reattach it to the plastic housing? It is an electric mirror.

INSTALLATION
Standard Mirror
NOTE: Connect each heated mirror glass electrical connector to its respective mirror terminal as noted during the Removal procedure.

Connect the heated mirror glass electrical connectors, if equipped. (STANDARD MIRROR INSTALLATION)
Position the mirror glass mounting holes over the four feet of the mirror motor and slide down.(STANDARD MIRROR ASSEMBLY)
Engage the lower glass retaining tab to the motor.(STANDARD MIRROR RETAINING TAB)
Position the rear housing cover and seat the retaining tabs fully. (STANDARD MIRROR HOUSING COVER)
Tow Package Mirror
Make sure the retaining clip is seated in the closed position on the mirror glass.
NOTE: Connect each heated mirror glass electrical connector to its respective mirror terminal as noted during the Removal procedure.

Connect the heated mirror glass electrical connectors, if equipped.
NOTE: Pressure must be applied equally over the center portion of the mirror to engage the mirror glass retaining clip fully.

Position the glass over the motor mounting and seat fully. Make sure the retaining clip seats fully.
