How do I remove the rear bumper on a 2001 Dodge durango?

REMOVAL
Remove trailer hitch, if equipped. (Refer to 13 - FRAMES & BUMPERS/FRAME/TRAILER HITCH - REMOVAL)
Raise and support the rear of the vehicle.
Support the bumper.
Remove rivets at each side rear wheel well.
Disconnect license plate lamp wiring harness.
Remove nuts attaching bumper support brackets to rear rails and crossmember (REAR BUMPER).
Remove the bumper/fascia from the vehicle.
