QuestionI had a question and no body seems to know how to change the turn signal bulb in my fiance's 1996 Dodge Ram 1500, maybe you could help me!
I was just wondering if there was a way you could explain to me as to how to change out the turn signal bulb because it blown out a couple of days ago, so how do you get in there and change it out! The headlight was very easy to get to and to change, but how in the hell do you get back there to change the turn signal in the front, on the driver's side?! Does the whole light casing come out, like the headlight did? If you could help please let me know! I don't want to have to go spend money if I can simply do it myself!! Thank you so much!
AnswerPARK, TURN SIGNAL AND SIDE MARKER LAMP
REMOVAL
Remove screw holding park lamp to headlamp module.
Disengage clip holding park lamp to headlamp module.
Separate park lamp headlamp module.
Remove park and turn signal socket from back of lamp.
Remove side marker socket from back of lamp.
Separate park and turn signal lamp from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Reverse the removal procedure.
