Dodge Repair: strange electrical problems 97 grand caravan, grand caravan, indicator light

Question
So I have a few problems that have sprung up as of late. they all seem to be electrically related, so perhaps they are related otherwise as well. Firstly, just an annoyance, a lot of times, when I make a turn, my windshield wipers will turn out by themselves. They will wipe a few times and then stop.

Then, my rear brake light went out on the passenger side. Then, my parking brake indicator light has recently turned on in my dash console. At first it only turned on when I made turns, but now it stays on almost all the time. Yesterday, I noticed my headlight was out too! So I bought a bulb for that and for my brake light. I replaced the headlight, (Which is barely a year old!) and the brake light. The headlight works, but the brake light still doesn't work, so it's not the bulb causing the problem in the brake light. I checked the fuses under the hood, but everything seemed fine. Also, I don't think there are separate fuses for each brake light, so since the driver side one works, I didn't think that was the problem.

Then to top it all off, today my OTHER headlight just went out! Which is also barely a year old. I am pretty sure that headlights should last much longer than that. I also, took great care to ensure my skin never made contact with the bulbs when I installed them.

On a side note, my coolant is leaking from somewhere, and I'm not sure from where. I removed the reservoir a few months back to flush it, so it's possible I didn't re-install it properly, but there's only one hose to attach, so I don't quite understand how I could have screwed that up. But if I fill it today, it will be empty by tomorrow. I haven't noticed any coolant on the ground, so I assume it is leaking while I'm driving.

Any thoughts on any of these problems would be very much appreciated!

Answer
issue 1  wiper   replace the multi function switch  its called a ghost wipe

the brake light  would be low fluid  look for leaks or low brake pads or shoes.
the bulb issue could be a wire or socket in the tail light area.

the coolant leak I cant do anything with because I can no see it first hand.
