Dodge Repair: Heater, dodge ram 1500, 2002 dodge ram 1500

Question
My 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup is blowing cold air from the drivers side and hot air from the passenger side when i turn on the heat.  How do I repair it.

first of all need to find out the issue  b4 u can repair it  help me out some because I am not there to see whats going on   can u move the slider to full cold and u get cold  or same temp.  are both the heater lines hot  and is this a new body style truck or old?
