Dodge Repair: heater blower replacement, dodge minivan, wheel assembly

i have 1996 dodge minivan and the blower is making a loud noise when turned on. i want to replace it and i need instructions on how to replace same.

BLOWER MOTOR AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
Remove glove box. Refer to Body
Remove blower motor cover Blower Motor Cover
Disconnect blower motor wiring.
Remove grommet for wiring Wiring Grommet Feed wiring through blower housing Feeding Wiring Through Housing
Remove mounting screws for blower motor Blower Motor Screws
Allow the blower assembly to drop down, and remove assembly from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures.
