QUESTION: code is 1391.  Dealer says code does not identify this type of problem.

ANSWER: haha  what ever  the dealer has to out of there mind  the p1391  is int loss of cam or crank  if u loose one of them  u will stall or not start. Well  have a different dealer look at it or some one else in the dealer that knows what they are doing in driveablity.

QUESTION: If you read my note you would see that the crank and cam sensors already had been replaced.  Code still occurs -- so?

Answer
thats all well and fine  about the sensors have been replaced  but just because that code is there does not mean that new sensors will always fix it.  U are getting into a computer issue or wire issue  like I said  take it to a better dealer or have some one else in that dealer with driveablity experience look at it.
