Dodge Repair: pcm proble,, negative battery cable, powertrain control

How do i change the pcm from a dodge neon 2001?
and were is it in the car?

Answer
REMOVAL - 2.0L
Disconnect the negative battery cable (Battery Cable).
Remove the air cleaner box, refer to the air cleaner box section.
Remove the gray and black connector from the PCM (Powertrain Control Module (PCM)).
Remove the harness clip bracket from PCM bracket (PCM Wiring Bracket).
Remove the nut from the upper bracket mount.
Raise vehicle and support on hoist.
Remove 2 lower bracket bolts (Lower Mounting Bolts).
Remove 4 screws from bracket and remove bracket from PCM
