Dodge Repair: 2001 2500 4X4 battery dead after 2-3 days, fuse, amps

IF I run the truck everyday no problem or pull the On when Ignition is off fuse it will start right up after sitting for over a week. Runs fine, alt good, battery good had it to dealer twice could not find an issue. performed a amp check with everything off and found draw to be approx .014 amps. What could be causing the battery draw down.

did u do the off draw test correctly??  if u disconnect the battery and do not keep the item that is drawing down the battery powered up it will show u a reading as if u just plugged the battery back in.The battery has to stay connected or atleast inline to the truck so that u can get a correct reading.
