Dodge Repair: Power Window Regulator, power window regulator, dodge durango

Question
I was wondering what you need to know to install a power window regulator in a 2002 dodge durango. My front passenger windown stopped working the other day but you can still here the motor running im guessing it is the regulator any suggestions?

REMOVAL
Remove door trim panel. (Refer to 23 - BODY/DOOR - FRONT/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL)
Partially remove waterdam.
Position glass to access the fasteners. Remove the fasteners.
Disengage glass from regulator lift channel.
Position glass up into door frame (rest glass on a block of wood on door reinforcement).
Disconnect regulator wire harness.
Remove screws attaching window regulator to door inner panel (FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR) and (POWER REGULATOR BOLTS).
Remove window regulator from door.
