Dodge Repair: 2002 Dodge Neon Waher Reservoir, windshield washer pump, windshield washer reservoir

Question
HI:  My wife came home last night and told me that her windshield washer reservoir her 2002 Neon was dry, and that I needed to refill it.  Faithful, loving husband that I am, I immediately went to the garage, grabbed a gallon of washer fluid and poured it into the reservoir.  Unfortunately, I then noticed that all the fluid was draining out onto the ground.  I am assuming that either the reservoir has a crack, or a hose or fitting on the underside of the reservoir is damaged.  As you probably know, the reservoir sits inside the right front fender, and although it was dark last night, it looked to me like you would practically have to remove most of the fenderwell, or all that cardboard like stuff underneath to get at the thing.  Can you please tell me how involved this thing is going to be, and what the shop time would be if I took it to a dealer or shop?  Thanks.
