Dodge Repair: 99 stratus windshield wiper motor switch, windshield wiper motor, windshield wipers

Question
The high setting on the windshield wipers doesn't work anymore so I thought hat it might be the switch.  Bought one swapped the switch out and the high setting still doesnt work, but the intermittent setting and the slow setting work fine.  Do you think that it is a problem with the motor, and if so how do I replace the motor.

possible motor  or BCM  take the connector off at the motor and switch it on all settings see what u get as far as voltage  that will tell u if u have all the power required to make the motor do its job or u have a bad motor issue.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
