Dodge Repair: dodge 1999 2.7 l v6, left turn signal, 1999 dodge intrepid

strange electrical problems...  1999 dodge intrepid 2.7 ( v6 hey, thanks for reading this, i have the make and model mentioned above with approx 119k miles.  when i push in the brake only the right side lights come on in the rear. but when i turn on the parking lights and or head lamps and then push the brake pedal, they both come on in the rear of the car.   when i use the right turn signal its very fast and you can only see it in the front, not rear of the car.  but when i use the left turn signal it is normal and can be seen in the front and rear.  cruse control does not work consistently and when it does work if you hit a bump it drops out or just drops out without reason... please help if you can.

check your bulbs for rear lights make sure they are the correct one if u just replaced them. And what is drops out as far as the cruise control  does the light go out  or does not hold the gas pedal down any more?I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
