Dodge Repair: 1998 dodge caravan flashing recirc and A/C, slide pots, calibration test

Question
Have read most of the answers on this issue and have tried the reset. One of the mech at the local Dodge dealer said to also hold down the wash and A/C button for 5 sec then push the wiper button (it should be flashing slowly) then turn off the key and restart.  I still have the recirc and A/c light flashing simultaneously. Do I have a broken/defective something?  If so, what is a cheap fix? I want to sell this thing--I bought a new one.

Thanks,  Mark O

Answer
CALIBRATION/DIAGNOSTICS TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TESTS:
Set Blower motor ON HIGH
Set Mode position to Panel
Set Temperature to Cold (Both slide pots if equipped)
Depress WASH and REAR WIPER button simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds
Calibration Test is running when REAR WIPER and INTERMITTENT are alternately flashing. Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
Acceptable results is REAR WIPER LED is the only LED flashing. Push Rear Wiper to exit.
After all tests have passed, Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown can be run separately.
