Dodge Repair: 1998 Dodge Caravan, dodge caravan, test light

Hi Kevin,
I was reading your reply on the problem the gentleman was having with his 96 Caravan Cigarette lighter/Accessory outlets not getting juice. I checked the fuses under the hood with a test light and all are ok. I also swapped the horn and the Lighter ACC's and the horn honks so I know those are both good. I still have no juice. I'm not sure about any difference between the 96 and 98 but I didn't notice a 25amp fuse under the hood. The most amps on the smaller fuses is 20amp. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help. It's nice of you to answer tech questions for nothing and it's very much appreciated on my end.

use the same test light and see if u have power at the end of the lighter. The sides will be the ground. If u dont get power at them take the cover off and see if u have it at the connector.I live in the Atlanta area I would be happy to look at this for u.
