Dodge Repair: 200 dodge intrepid cranck sensor, crankshaft position sensor, crankshaft sensor

i have a 2000 dodge intrepid 2.7 liter type R and i found out that i have to change the crank sensor but i have no clue where it is located. or how to change it. do you know anything that can be helpful to me. also i had a new cd installed and for some reason every time that i turn the car off then turn it back on the cd player restarts itself do u know what i can do to that to make it run right?

The crankshaft sensor is located on the passengers side of the transmission housing, above the differential housing Crankshaft Position Sensor The bottom of the sensor sits above the drive plate

who ever installed the radio did not wire it up right and wire for the key off power supply else where.
