Dodge Repair: 1988 Dakota Wipers, dodge dakota, wiper switch

My windshield wipers quit working on my 1988 Dodge Dakota.  I bought a replacement motor but it was not receiving power apparently.  I checked the fuses but could not find one blown.  Is this probably bad wiring that needs to be replaced or is there something I am not seeing?

there is a fuse # 11 20 amp  see if there is power on that fuse both sides with the key on. The see if u are getting power at the wiper switch  Dark Blue wire and that same is the power supply to the motor itself see if u get power there. Let me know.
