Dodge Repair: torque converter clutch solenoid circuit, torque converter clutch, torque converter clutch solenoid

Question
I have a 1995 Dodge Neon and I ran the codes off of the check engine light and it came back with code 37 which says the torque converter clutch solenoid circuit or park/neutral switch has failed, so how would I repair that or do I have to take it to the dealer?

Answer
Hi,
You will have to un pluge the torque converter shitch and drive the car.  See if that is the problem.  The nutural safety switch only causes the vehicle's engine not to turn over when you try to start it in any gear other than park or neutral.
