need to replace front door speakers on a 05 dodge magnum how do you take the door panel of?

Answer
First thing is to remove all of the screws.  then remove all of the handles (door release handle, window crank if not elect.)  Then you can purchase a tool from a discount auto repair parts store (IE Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, Reiley's Auto Parts etc...) or you can use a screrw driver and pull the panel away from the door.  If at all possible do not disconnect the mirror control as this is a complicated procedure to put back.  Then replace the speakers.  You will need to purchase new fasteners as the old ones usually do not hold as good as they should.  Then the reverse is used to replace the panel.
