Dodge Repair: 1999 Caravan evaporator r & r ??, wifes car, stop leak

It appears that my front evaporator is done. How much troble is it to r & R it, does the whole dash have to come out?. I havent done one on these yet, I've done some GM's before. Its the wifes car and I live in FL.

It's pretty involved.  I think I would try that aluminiumized stop leak made espesially for this repail.  All you do is put in the stop leak then put in 2 cans of regular freon 134a.  Make sure to run freon in after the stop leak as it will close off your input port.  
But sorry to say, yes the whole dash has to come out.
