Dodge Repair: 99 Ram 1500-Interior lights wont shut off, jam switches, headlamp switch

I have tried a lot-replaced door jam switches and replaced the CTM with a salvaged part.  Any other ideas?  Please help?

Answer
The overhead lamps are grounded through the headlamp switch.  If it's internally shorted to ground then that would explain why they won't go off.  The only other thing would be the yellow wire from the dome light to the headlamp switch being grounded prior to actually making it to the switch.  That would explain why it never changes.

I know it's a stupid question... but you did roll the switch back out of the on position right?
