My A/C unit is not fully draining the water/ condencestion to the outside. My passanger side floor is flooded. Where is this leaking and where do I need to seal it( can not see where it's leaking !). I have already removed the seats, center concel and carpet. HELP Scott

Answer
Have you tried pulling off the drain tube and blowing compressed air in to the box?  Also, has anyone replaced the evaporator core recently?  They may have left a seal off between the box and the firewall.

I've tried finding out more information for you but the sites I go to don't list any related service bulletins for a "quick fix" nor do they want to show me more specific information about where it's located and whether or not it came with a 90 degree hose on it from the factory.

What we've found on other vehicles is that without the 90 degree hose on there the air passing in to the engine bay is enough to actually force the condensation back in to the box.  Additionally, on earlier year model dakotas the condensation would drip right on to the exhaust causing a "hissing noise" as it boiled off.

Not to second guess you but are you 100% sure it's condensation and not a water leak?  Next, does it do it while you're driving, sitting still, or both?
