Dodge Repair: computer fault codes, computer fault, obdii code

Question
I have a 1993 Dodge W250 with the 360 engine, automatic transmission, no air conditioning. The truck will not start.  The computer fault codes, obtained without test equipment indicate  #11, #33 and #12.  The alldata information tells me what #11 and #33 mean but I cannot find any indication of what #12 means.  Do you have any thoughts?  Thanks

Answer
12 means the battery was disconnected recently OR... the computer memory was reset recently.  I would spend more time on the intermittant loss of cam/crank, timing skipped one tooth or more, no crank reference at the PCM,  (all match code 11 though I think the 1 tooth or more is more an OBDII code), and 33, according to my 97 diagnostics book points to a/c related components.  Probably not related but sometimes a switch or something may pull down a reference voltage.
