Dodge Repair: stalling, dodge dakota, scan tool

i have a 1993 dodge dakota 318 engine auto trans 4x4 with air. i have a problem with stalling and no restart when hot.i replaced fuel pump and all relays.if it sits one hour it will start and run great.could it be the pcm? i have no codes.auto parts store cannot test the pcm.it is real bad when it is hot and humid.i have 90000 miles on it.any ideas? thanks....

There was a problem with the early made idle speed control motors causing a start and stall on hot restarts.  The older styles were silver/metal while the newer ones are black/metal.  You may start with replacing that.  Given that it is a 93 model you will not find anywhere other than a dealer or repair shop that has a scan tool to talk with it, at least not for free anyways.

Try a new IAC/ISC motor at the throttle body and see if that helps your problem.  If you need more information about how it works as well just let me know.
