Dodge Repair: Electrical Problems (I guess), dodge neon, hello buddy

Question
My car is a 2000 dodge neon.... My locks keep going on and off by theirselves with the car turned on driving down the road OR even when its shutoff.. My alarm (stock with car) also goes off at many different hours of the night and i have to get in it and turn it on before it shuts off.. this is might sound a little funny buts its the truth..

hello buddy
this is in the compuiter first try takeing off the neg cable for 5min off the bat. then hook and see if it rests the mem in the compuiter. if not then bring to a dealer they will do it dor you the serivice is 45 dollors
