Dodge Repair: neutral safety switch, neutral safety switch, plymouth voyager

Question
96 plymouth voyager wont start, all relays and fuses in the fuse boxes,(under dash and hood check out fine).  battery is good, as well as connections.  i tried starting it in park and in neutral, also moving the shifter from park to drive while ignition was ingaged and still no response from the starter, i looked at the starter and it wasn't "oil soaked" and connections were tight.  all i can figure is the neutral safety switch, now where would it be located,  1996 plymouth voyager, 3.0ltr, 3 speed automatic, not a four speed automatic.  this is the first crysler that i have owned and i have always been able to fix whatever is wrong with an automoble, this is the first time i cant figure it out, so your help is needed  please
thanks jay

Answer
You need to test for power at the starter solenoide
while trying to crank (you will need a helper)
I doubt the neutral safety switch is the trouble.
Try gently tapping on the starter with a hammer while
your assistant holds the key to "crank" while in park.
