Dodge Repair: Dodge Grand Caravan front brakes, dodge grand caravan, grand caravan

Question
I purchased my van new with 11 miles.  When the van had 22k miles the dealership stated that it needed a full set of front brakes and the rotors needed to be turned. I did with concern about the amount of miles on the pads.  Now my van has 30k and the dealership checked the brakes in the front again and they gave a 40% result on the pads.  I have always stated that there is a noise in the front pass when I brake (rubbing).  They deny a problem and I have never used brakes like this. I have lived in FL for my entire life and have driven the same for over 20 years. Do you have any suggestions?
