Dodge Repair: 99 Dodge Grand Caravan blower and/or electrical??, dodge grand caravan, rear vent

Hi,

I have a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan.  My rear vent on passenger side wouldn't operate a few years ago.  Then a few of the lights on the radio buttons now do not light up.  Then the blower on the fan would only work on high.  After a while it seemed to only work at half power on high.  Then it worked sometimes, other times no air would blow at all, for heat or A/C.  Now, the fan doesn't turn on at all.  Are all these related as an electrical problem?  Or are they all seperate issues?  Eiter way.  I'm a mother of four young children.  And I hate being taken advantage of from auto repair shops.  Please arm me with some background or suggestions on how to fix these problems.  Thank you!  Lisa

this could be a ground problem they shoul check the fround wires under the dash and the fan relay. could be the ground on that.

it should not cost anymore tham a 100 for a shop to fix.
