Question -
I have a  1998 Neon 2.0L where I just had my head gasket replaced.   The mechanic (brother in law) have poured a Cam2 tranny fluid into the Power steering reservoir when he was testing the car. Is there a difference between the two fluid? Will there be a potential problem in using a tranny fluid?
Also, what do you normally used as a silicon gasket for the tranny reservoir cover plate?
Your immediate reply will be very much appreciated?

Question-
This morning the car wouldn't start.  I turn the key and all I hear was a click.  I tried to boost the car but still get the same results.  What could it be this time?  There must be a connection that came off.  Do you know where should I start to look?
Answer -
hello
check the battery cont. then check the wires on the starter pete
Question-
The battery is good and the connection to the battery is also good.  How can I check to see if the starter is OK?  Is there some sort of resistance value that I should be checking?  Also, when I tap the starter as my son turn the ignition on, I see a spark coming out from the connections. Could there be a short?
Answer -
hello mario

Question-
You have been very good in your reply.  The car ran for a day without any problem, it was just yesterday morning that the car will not start.  How can the wires be shorted?  Can you actually short the starter and damaged it?

Answer
hello again
this can happen when the car was worked on the wires are hiting one another . like i say the starter will have to come out so you can see which one it is  i really think the starter will be ok but thire is a small chance it could be bad to pete
