Dodge Repair: 1996 dodge neon dash light repair, car fuse, dodge neon

Hello Pete! My first time on this website, very cool! My gf is having problems with her neon. The dash lights went out as well as her tail lights. what could be the cause of these problems? i thought that maybe the dash and tail lights needed to replace the bulbs in the dash and bulb in the tail light. but could it also be a fuse? where do i find them in a neon? how would you recommend me tackling this problem? is there any detailed website that has step by step instruction that shows how to take the dash apart? i wanted to try and do this asap because she got pulled over tonight and doesn't want to have it happen again. if all else fails, how much would the dealership charge to replace/fix the dashbulb, tail light, and fuse? thanks!

This is a fuse . it is in the fuse in the car . fuse box thire also os a fuse box under the hood i would also check in thire you will see a black box marked fuses . . if it is not the fuses and i belive it is you let me know we will go further . please rate my serivice pete
