Dodge Repair: ELECTRICAL, broken wires, alternator voltage regulator

Question
I HAVE A 1986 DODGE 1/2 TON PICKUP (D150) WITH A 318 ENGINE. I CANNOT GET THE BATTERY TO CHARGE  EVEN THOUGH I HAVE REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR, VOLTAGE REGULATOR. THE BATTERY IS ALSO NEW SO IF THERE IS ANY ASSISTANCE YOU CAN GIVE PLEASE HELP. COULD IT BE THE CONTROL MODULE OR THE IGNITION SWITCH, I'M OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THANK YOU
