Dodge Repair: 95 Dodge Neon, light sockets, dodge neon

Have parking lights, but no headlights.  Must be fixed as we can't afford another car.  Where do we start? Worked fine last night.

i would check the light bulbs and all the fuses?  Also i would also check the wireing to the head lights and the head light sockets. also it could be the head light switch . Good luck to u hun and if you need more help let me know and please rate my service . and you have a pretty name pete
