Dodge Repair: Low heat, radiator hoses, heater core

Question
Hi,
I've replaced the radiator hoses and the coolant on my Dodge G Caravan 1997 3.3L with front and rear A/C. Followed the instructions in the Heines repair manual, to release the air in the system located on top, close to the thermostat (?). Since then, the heater never really heats the car, just very little. What do I need to do?

Thanks

Answer
Take the heater hoses off at the fire wall and put a garden hose up to one end. you should see a good stream of water comming out the other hose. then reverse the flow and put the garden hose on the other side . keep doing this back and forth untill you have a good clean heater core,
Try that and see what happens.   you may need a new core if it doesnt work
