Dodge Repair: Front End noise, dodge ram 2500, tie rod ends

Question
2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad cab 4x4. I have been having a problem with the steering when I turn. What it sounds like when I turn is that something is rubbing or grinding. I took it to the dealer and they lubed my tie rod ends and changed the fliuds for my front and rear Differential. That seemed to have cured it for about five days. The noise is back once again though. Do you have any suggestions for me on what that may be?

I appreaciate any comments.
thankyou

Answer
they have had a few problems with noise in the front ends. first they have a tsb on the lower control arms and also they have had a lot of problems with the stearing shaft link.

Ask the dealership to look into these tsb's

My truck had the same problem and after replacing the rack and pinion we ran across the tsb for the control arms . that fixed my truck.
