Dodge Repair: AC compressor not working, compresser, ac compressor

Question
I have a 99 Ram 2500 and the compressor will not kick on.  Everything appears to be working in the switch, the blower motor works fine, but the wires into the compressor are not hot.

I have checked all fuses and there appears to be no shorts.  This is the second Dodge to do this.

Any suggestions?

If your not getting power to the compresser, then this tells me you have a broken wire somewhere leading up to the compresser. If you have power to the compresser, and it doesnt kick on, then their is a internal problem with the compresser itself. This would be my best quess. But start checking power, to the wires before even changing the compresser. A/C repairs will set you back about $500.00
