Ford Repair: 1995 F350 with 460 hesitates

I have a 95 460 f350 duallie 4dr that hesitates when warm and under load especially pulling a trailer.  ive replaced the distributor, coil, ICM, rotor, plugs, wires, and MAP sensor and it still hesitates.  Any ideas?  it runs cool with good oil pressure.  it shifts out of first ok but quickly through second gear.  it seems it has trouble under load more but still hesitates in higher gear without a load attached.

Check the fuel pressure. If you can leave fuel gauge attached if you have one with a long enough hose and drive it. Watch the pressure. That would be my next step. Let me know. Fords have a problem with the fuel pump getting weak. Thank you and feel free to ask more questions.
