Hello I have a 2006 ford five hundred that popped a code p186d clutch actuator stuck. What is that?

this would be the first time i have seen this, have you had it checked out at a dealer yet ?? this code is for the fuel tank temperature sensor. done a little research and multiple techs have replaced this sensor. curious though, are you having any driveability concerns or just the light on ???
