Ford Repair: spark plugs, new spark, plug wires

I got new spark plugs and my 93 crown still sputters what should i do?

did you replace the plug wires ??? very common concern, the plug wires sit inside the cyliner head and are very hard to see that they are the problem. also, did you install motorcraft plugs ?? this engine is very sensitive to not using factory equiptment
