Ford Repair: 1990 Ford Fuel Injectors wont fire, ford fuel injectors, position sensor

Question
I just bought a 1990 Fleetwood limited with a Ford 7.5L 460ci.

It Cranks just fine but it will not start.  It has fuel pressure going to the injectors.  It runs with starting fluid until the fluid runs out and then it dies.  I did a Noid test and none of the injectors light up.  We switch the computer from my other Fleetwood with the same year, engine, transmission, chassis that works just fine.  This however gives us the same results.

This unit does not seem to have a Crank or Cam position Sensor.

Any help you can give me would sure be appreciated.

Answer
have you changed the t.f.i. module ??? on that vehicle it is either located on the distributor ( a grey module ) or does it have the old style grey box about 5"x5" with two connectors going to it ? these not only give spark but provide info to the computer for injector pulse
