Question
I have a 98 Ford Explorer XLT that I have replace the engine in and the transmission. The dealer has told me the computer has a fault without sending any code. The computer has a fault that isn't letting the dealer programing the keys to the vehicle. Just turns over but doesn't start. I have check the relays and fuses are good. The computer has overheat because of me trying to get it start. I got a used computer with the right number on it. What can I do to get it started?

Answer
