Ford Repair: Ford Brake problems F150 01 4x4, frame rail, abs system

Had to change out rear axle (had good brakes with old axle) took brake line lose on frame rail. new pads and park brakes no leaks that I can find used same rear wheel sensor. bleed brakes back passenger rear,left driver rear,front passenger,driver front.

Used bottle and hose method to bleed brakes had some air bleed each wheel 4 times showing no air.

Hard pedal truck not running Truck running pedal very soft no brake until pedal is almost at the floor then good brakes at low speed 0-40 mph

ABS light on stays on brakes do not pulse good vac on booster.   even tried pulling ABS fuse no difference.

Have not had code read yet any ideas

hate to say it but, you need to bring this vehicle to the dealer to perform an abs bleed. unfortunatley in this system, you have air trapped in the abs system. nothing you did just a poor design for your average d/i/y/ mechanic.. they hook it up to a computer and drive i while ourging the ait out of the abs
