Ford Repair: broke down, fuel pump relay, battery voltage

Question
okay i have a 96 f250 that will only sometimes fire (hot or cold).  The truck had a blinker switch fire 1yr ago and was fixed, but only to find out that either driving it or just coming out in the morning to start it, that it wont fire.  It gets power to coil, but when it dies or wont start i have to take a wire and run it from the hot on the coil and arc it a time or two and it will start.  Now i have paid some of the best mechanics iv ever meet to fix including ford but no luck.  Everything has been replaced under the hood including computer.  I just done really know were to start, the truck is just to good of an truck just to let go of.  So if you could some how please shed some light on this i would be outstandingly happy............

Answer
just so i understand this, will it turn over andjust crank but not start until you put battery voltage to the positive side of the coil ??? need to know if they have already replaced the 2important relays under the hood ( the pcm relay anf fuel pump relay )
