QUESTION: answer to your concern, yes the door ajar light stays on all the time. check engine light is not on. will that help?

Answer
there are two ways to fix the door ajar light and interior light staying on. spray a strong rust penetrant directly into the latch of each of the front doors. a heavy coting. then slam the doors 10 or so times, whats happening is the door ajar switch on the doors is sticking from rust, salt sand etc. if this doesn't work, you will need to take i to your local dealer as their computers can tell which door is showing still open and replace the switch. as far asthe other concern. inspect the vacuum lines i indicated and check for deformities, you can also google this concern and may be able to get a visual of what lines to look for
