Ford Repair: brake petal pulses when coming to almost a complete stop, brakes and rotors, sensor light

Question
I have a 97 ford explorer just changed front brakes and rotors. When in motion and about to stop usually under MPH the brake petal pulses and sometimes wants to pull car to right. Almost sounds like a electric motor under brake petal, is this a abs problem?

Answer
Don, from your describetion, it seems that you have a warped rotor. However, these are new rotors, I would check the installation and insure that everything is installed properly and no lose parts.  If all this checks out, you might have a siezed right caliper... I don't think you have a ABS issues, as the male functioning sensor will not pull the car to the right.  A malfunctioning ABS sensor light will come on and you may get some feedback on the brake padle but it will not effect braking performance.  I am more incline toward a bad right caliper issue.  Thanks!
