Ford Repair: Fuel Pump Driver Module off-line, ford crown victoria, trouble code

Hi Mark - Hoping you may have a clue on this one.  Car is 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. The fuel pump was replaced but it is still coming up with the trouble code P1233 Fuel Pump Driver Module off-line. How do you enable the module? The car trys to start but will not turn over. We do know the module is located in the trunk...

you need to check powers and grounds to the module-i haven't had a problem with one yet but i'm reading where there is a lot of bad connections and corroded wires on some of these that usually causes the problem-i don't have access to a wiring diagram but one of your local garages should have one-get it and check your wiring be willing to pay 1-5 dollars for a wiring diagram printout
as the software programs we use cost us at least 200 per month some more, plus ink,paper and time
most of the time if you offer or pay for info you get a lot more. good luck follow up if you need to.
