Ford Repair: fuel pump and distributor, fuel pump relay, tfi module

Question
hey I'm having a problem with the fuel system on my 1991 ford if-150 truck(it wont run#...when you turn the key on the fuel pump wont make any noise (Fords are supposed to make a noise) and we know its not the pump cause we replaced the thing not to long ago...then i checked the coil it has spark but there is something wrong inside the distributor and i think is is the tfi module or the pip sensor not sure though maybe you could help...also the fuel pump wont make noise and i not sure wats wrong maybe the ground is disconnected...but anyway need to know where the ground for the fuel pump relay is...thanks for any help given

Answer
just because you replaced pump earlier don't make it good especially if poor quality pump (cheaper)
why do you think something is wrong in dist? esp if coil has spark evidently dist is working or coil would not have spark. try unplugging pip connector and see if it starts

ground from relay comes from computor-check wires to fuel pump and see if you have power and ground to pump. and make sure it is 12 volts we just had one with bad pump which took out computor
and only 4 volts was going to pump.

check small ground wire coming off of battery make sure it is clean and tight.
