QUESTION: Ok thanks, but give me more.what do I do to fix it.were are they located and how do I check to make sure that is the problem.is it something I can do if I buy them or is it a ball breaking location.

Answer
Hello Lee, the actuators are located in the doors, linkage is used from the latch to the actuator which basicly an electric motor, the actuators are normaly riveted to the door and will have to be drilled to unattach it and will have to reattached in the reverse order. You'll have to remove door panels and weather shield to access the actuator and there is not much working space.  Thanks. Tony
