Ford Repair: Ford F 150, mobil 1 oil filter, new ford f 150

I have a brand new ford f 150 and I am wondering at how many km should I change the oil and what type of oil should I use?

Typically you would change out every 3000 miles or 4800 km. Myself, I use Mobil 1 Synthetic with the Mobil 1 oil filter. However, finding a service station that carries Mobil 1 is problematic so you usually do the oil change yourself. If it was my truck, it would be dealer bound with Motorcraft everything if I had the money. If you do the oil change yourself, keep a good log and or record of all maintenance.
