the cruise control in my 1992 f-150 does not work it has 5.8 liter how can i fix this problem my self

hey there, there is one quick thing you can check, on the master cylinder there is a two wire switch, this is the cruise control cut off switch, it will cut off cruise when it sees the brakes have been applied, if this switch is leaking try replacing it, or check for proper connection, let me know what happens
