Ford Repair: Ford Taurus, ford taurus, 1993 ford taurus

Question
This one may be kind of long. I have a 1993 Ford Taurus, 6 cylinder 3.0 engine with approx. 165000 miles on it. The a/c system needed repair, which we replace the condenser & accumulator dryer. After replacing those parts the car will not turn over. For some reason the fuel pump will not kick on and the fan keeps running continuously. I have a friend that is a mechanic that has been trying his absolute best to find out what the problem is but he is having no luck. So far he has just been tracing the electrical lines to see if there is a broken line or something like that. So at the moment we have not replaced any parts as far as the car not starting, as he does not want me to have to buy a part that may not need to be replaced, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
check the small ground wire coming off negative cable on battery make sure it is connected and clean at the battery and about six inches down wire there may be a connector make sure it is clean also

you may have a square black box around radiator it will have relays made in it if so-pcm/fuel pump/a/c and cooling fans-tap on it see if anything changes.

follow up if need to.
